About the Volt Strike
Struck, not stirred. Volt Strike charges our black-foundation Kangaroo Elite chassis with fluorescent volt panel work and twin lightning bolts on the chest and back — maximum voltage, zero subtlety. Made to your measurements with an airbag-ready chassis, speed hump and full CE slider package. For night sessions and dark-weather races where visibility is a genuine safety feature.
Made to Measure in Australia
Every AT1 Pro Race Suit is built to your exact measurements — never off the rack. Founded by mechanical engineer and racer Dominic De Leon, AT1 is based in Heathcote, NSW, and has been crafting custom motorcycle racing leathers for ASBK competitors and track day riders across Australasia and beyond. Our made-to-measure process captures 12 key body measurements, producing a second-skin fit that eliminates skeletal restraint, arm pump and armour rotation.
Kangaroo Hide Construction
The Volt Strike is constructed from premium kangaroo hide — lightweight with high tensile strength, offering superior abrasion resistance at lower weight than cowhide. Kangaroo leather is the choice of professional racers when every gram matters and every slide must be survived. Our kangaroo leather is CE-certified for motorcycle race use and ethically sourced.
Airbag Expansion Zones
The Volt Strike is built with engineered universal expansion zones for Alpinestars Tech-Air, Helite and AT1 electronic airbag systems (add $650 AUD). The expansion zones are engineered into the chassis from the first cut — not retrofitted — and deployment is designed not to restrict respiration.
Recessed Seam & Slider Engineering
The Volt Strike features double and triple high-tensile safety stitching embedded in recessed channels, away from primary slide zones. Exposed seams catch asphalt and create joint-damaging rotational torque — ours are buried in channels where they cannot. Low-friction alloy external sliders at the shoulders, elbows and knees maintain a controlled slide, safely dissipating kinetic energy across distance.
Customise Every Detail
The Volt Strike is a starting point, not a fixed design. Click "Customise this design" to open it in our real-time 3D configurator — change every colour, swap the leather, add perforation for hot-weather track days, upload sponsor logos in vector format, and stamp your name and race number on the suit. What you see in the configurator is exactly what we build.
