Every AT1 suit is made to measure — there is no stock sizing. The process runs in a fixed order, and the 6–8 week production clock starts when your measurements are approved, not when you place the order.
Step by step
- 1. Design — build your suit in the 3D configurator (or start from a Signature Series preset) and check out. No payment is taken at this point.
- 2. Measure — complete the measurement form with 12 key body measurements. Take them in riding position with the gear you'll race in, airbag included.
- 3. Review — a dedicated AT1 fitting expert checks your design and measurements with you before anything is cut.
- 4. Pay — once approved, a secure payment link arrives within 24 hours. Production starts when payment clears.
- 5. Ship — roughly one week of tracked, insured worldwide shipping from Heathcote, NSW.
Taking the measurements
The 12 measurements define the pattern — chest, waist, hips, inseam, sleeve, torso and the rest. Two rules matter most: measure honestly (don't pull the tape tight or add 'a bit of room'), and wear what you'll race in. If you run an airbag, it goes on before the tape does — the suit is cut around it.

The fit guarantee
If the suit needs an adjustment, the alteration service is covered by AT1 — the goal is a correct race fit, not a 'close enough' one. And because your measurement profile stays on file, every future order skips straight to the design step: a second colourway, a replacement after a crash, gloves to match.

Off-the-rack compromise shows up as armour that drifts, a crotch that pulls in the tuck, sleeves that bunch, and the skeletal restraint that causes arm pump. A pattern cut to your body removes all four — the suit stops being something you wear and starts being something you ride in.
