Our standard turnaround for a fully custom, made-to-measure racing suit is 6-8 weeks from the moment your final design and measurements are approved, plus approximately one week for tracked worldwide shipping.

No. You place the order without payment — our fitting team reviews your design and measurements, then sends a secure payment link within 24 hours. Your suit enters production once payment clears.

Yes. Once you have been successfully measured, we keep your digital profile on file. Reordering a second suit — or a replacement panel after a crash — is fast and simple.

Yes, you can upload vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution images of your sponsor logos during the custom build process, and we will integrate them into your suit design.

The configurator walks you through ten steps: pick a 1-piece or 2-piece model, choose panel colours, add stripes and sponsor decals, upload logos, add your name and race number, select airbag and hardware options, then submit your measurements. You can preview every change live in 2D or orbit the full suit in 3D.

Yes. The Signature Series has dozens of ready-made liveries — colourways, national colours and special editions — that load straight into the builder as a starting point. Every panel remains editable, so a preset is a launchpad, not a fixed template.

Yes — upload logo images (vector or high-res), position them anywhere on the suit, and add your name and number as text in a choice of fonts. Flags and race graphics from the built-in decal library can be layered over any panel.

Yes. When you add gloves to your build, a dedicated GLOVES step appears in the configurator with the same colour, shape and logo tools as the suit — so your gloves match the suit panel for panel.

After checkout you complete our measurement form with 12 key body measurements. A dedicated AT1 fitting expert reviews them with you before we cut. The result is a second-skin fit that eliminates skeletal restraint, arm pump and armour rotation.

It will — but if an adjustment is needed, we offer an alteration service covered by AT1. Our fit guarantee means we keep working until the fit is right.

That is precisely why AT1 exists. Off-the-rack suits are built for European GP body types. We cut to YOUR measurements — any height, any build, any riding style.

Absolutely. Every AT1 suit is built with engineered universal expansion zones for Alpinestars Tech-Air, Helite and AT1 electronic airbag systems. Deployment is designed not to restrict respiration.

Every suit meets or exceeds EN 13595. Construction includes double and triple high-tensile safety stitching in recessed channels, low-friction alloy external sliders, and CE Level 2 armour pockets.

Cowhide Standard is a high-density top-grain leather — durable and affordable. Kangaroo Elite is lighter with higher tensile strength, offering superior abrasion resistance at lower weight. Both are CE-certified for motorcycle race use.

Yes. We ship worldwide from Heathcote, NSW, Australia. Australian orders include GST. International shipping is tracked and insured, with duties and VAT calculated transparently at checkout.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made suits, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design or measurements due to a manufacturing error. Fit adjustments are covered by our alteration service.
