Terms of Service

1. Orders

Placing an order on at1proracesuits.com creates a manufacturing reservation. No payment is taken online. Our fitting team reviews your design and measurements, then issues a secure payment link. Production begins once payment clears.

2. Custom production

Every AT1 suit is made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks from approval of your final design and measurement set, plus approximately one week for tracked worldwide shipping. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and design choices submitted; our fitting team will flag obvious issues before cutting.

3. Pricing & taxes

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers. International orders may attract VAT, duties or import taxes in the destination country; where applicable these are calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Returns & alterations

Custom-made suits cannot be returned unless defective or not matching the approved design/measurements due to a manufacturing error. Fit adjustments are covered by our alteration service. Off-the-rack items may be returned unworn within 30 days of delivery.

5. Design ownership

You confirm you have the right to use any logos or artwork you upload. AT1 may photograph completed suits for our gallery and marketing; rider names and numbers are shown only with your permission.

6. Liability

AT1 race suits are protective equipment engineered for motorcycle racing. No garment can prevent all injury. To the extent permitted by law, AT1's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
