Real-Body Ergonomics

Cut from your 12-point measurement set, not a size chart. Sleeve length, torso depth and inseam are mapped to your tuck position — every panel lands where your body actually is.

Recessed Seam Construction

Double and triple high-tensile safety stitching embedded in recessed channels, away from primary slide zones. Exposed seams catch asphalt and create joint-damaging rotational torque — ours don't.

Airbag Expansion Zones

Engineered universal expansion zones for Alpinestars Tech-Air, Helite and AT1 electronic airbag systems. Deployment without restricting respiration — protection that works with your body, not against it.

Low-Friction Alloy Sliders

Our standard turnaround is 6-8 weeks from the moment your final design and measurements are approved, plus approximately one week for tracked worldwide shipping.

Are the suits airbag compatible?

Yes. Every AT1 suit is built with engineered universal expansion zones for Alpinestars Tech-Air, Helite and AT1 electronic airbag systems. Deployment is designed not to restrict respiration — protection that works with your body, not against it.

What leather do you use?

We offer high-density top-grain cowhide for durability and affordability, or lightweight premium kangaroo hide for reduced weight and high tensile strength. Both are CE-certified for motorcycle race use and ethically sourced.

Who founded AT1 Pro Race Suits?

AT1 was founded by Dominic De Leon, a mechanical engineer and racer who grew up in motorsport (his father was a 13-time Caribbean car racing champion). After racing in the UK and relocating to Sydney in 2013, Dom applied his engineering background to motorcycle gear — building suits that treat apparel as deceleration hardware. He won the 2025 Unlimited F2 Championship and the AMCN "Most Improved" Award.
